The 4x4 Project
In the words of the Maestro ...
‘Mosaic is an homage to slowness’
... It requires a great deal of patience, planning, preparation and time.
This collection of 4x4’s has been created by our students to raise funds to sustain our community. The school put a call out to the CMS community at large requesting participation and as you can see the response was overwhelming. All the substrates, materials, supplies and studio time are donated by the school... the artists donate their time, creativity, inspiration and artistry. The materials, colors, shapes and techniques of each one speaks with it’s own voice. We hope you find the work delightful and enjoy them as much as we do.
