In honor of Woman’s History Month, Gallery of Contemporary Mosaics is proud to present “Mi Familia”, an exhibition exploring the meaning and stories of our families told by several Chicago women artists. Their perspective examines lineage, maternity and family dynamics through original and mosaic artworks.
The various roles of these woman artists, through their roots, and connections reveal different ideas about what a family is and what ‘family’ means.
